Send your details
Call, WhatsApp or fill the form with your insurer name, policy or card number and the treatment advised.
We check and request approval
Our team confirms your cover and sends the pre-authorisation request to your insurer or TPA.
Get your treatment date
Once approved, we fix a date that suits you. Approved expenses are settled directly with the insurer.
What to bring
- Insurance or TPA e-card, policy number, and employee ID for office policies
- Photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN or passport)
- Recent scans, films or CDs and reports
- Doctor's prescription or treatment advice
- Your current medicines list
- CGHS or Singareni card and referral, if applicable
Cover depends on your policy terms, waiting periods and sub-limits. Our team confirms your eligibility before treatment and never guarantees approval, which is the insurer's decision.
Cost and insurance questions
Answers about what treatment costs, approvals, documents and what your policy covers.
It depends on the treatment, the room you choose and what your scans show. Use the calculator on this page for a guide, or open the figures behind it, which list a shared-room amount for each treatment. Your final cost is confirmed after consultation and review of your scans.
No. It is a guide, not a bill. The final cost depends on your examination and imaging, any extra procedure your scans show is needed, and the room you choose. Insurance may reduce what you pay.
Every patient gets the same support whichever room they choose: a dedicated care coordinator on WhatsApp before and after treatment; first available date and a time slot that suits you; insurance approval and paperwork handled end to end; a planning call that walks your family through each step; follow-up reviews and a 30-day check-in call; reports and discharge summary shared digitally.
The shared room is the base amount. A single private room adds 15%, deluxe single room adds 30%, suite adds 50%. The care and support are the same in every room.
If your insurer approves cashless treatment, it settles the approved amount directly with the hospital, and you pay only non-covered items, deductibles or co-pay, if any. Our team checks your policy before treatment and never guarantees approval, which is the insurer's decision.
Yes, in most cases. Corporate group policies are administered by the insurers and TPAs listed on this page. Share your employee ID, e-card and company name and our team will check the cover, room limits and co-pay before treatment.
Yes. We process cashless requests through TPAs including MediBuddy, Medi Assist, Family Health Plan (FHPL), Paramount, MDIndia, Vidal (Volo) and many others listed on this page.
Most Indian health insurers and TPAs are supported. Search your insurer on this page, then contact us with your policy details so our team can confirm your exact cover before treatment.
You do not pay the approved amount upfront. We send a pre-authorisation request to your insurer, and once it is approved the insurer settles the approved expenses directly with the hospital. Non-covered items, deductibles and co-pay, if any, are paid by you.
Planned treatments are usually approved within one to two working days after the insurer receives the request. Timing depends on the insurer and how complete your reports are.
The list shows the insurers we deal with most often. If yours is not listed, call or WhatsApp us. We can still check whether cashless treatment can be arranged through the hospital.
We check the policy and the treatment plan before we submit. If the insurer asks for more information or partly approves the request, our team follows up with them, and you can still choose to pay and claim by reimbursement.
Yes. CGHS and Singareni beneficiaries can receive treatment on credit. Please bring your card and the referral or approval that your scheme requires. For other government schemes, call us to confirm.
Your insurance card or e-card, photo ID, policy number, recent scans and reports, and any doctor's prescription. For CGHS or Singareni, also bring your scheme card and referral.
Many medically necessary procedures are covered when they are advised after examination and imaging. Cover depends on your policy terms, waiting periods and sub-limits, which our team checks with you first.
